Data controller

What we collect

We only collect what you voluntarily enter in the contact form: name, email address, phone number (optional), dates of interest, number of guests and the text of your message.

This site does not handle bookings or payments, requires no account registration, and collects no identity documents or payment details.

Why we process it

Solely to answer your enquiry and any follow-up exchanges. The legal basis is pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR) and our legitimate interest in replying to people who contact us (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).

We do not use your data to send you marketing.

How and how long

Messages sent from the form are delivered to the owner's mailbox through an external form-forwarding service, which transmits them without storing them permanently. The site has no database and does not keep the requests it receives.

Messages remain in the owner's mailbox for as long as needed to handle the request and related obligations, and in any case no longer than 24 months from the last contact.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses no profiling cookies, embeds no third-party maps or videos, and uses no analytics tools that set cookies. That is why there is no consent banner: there is nothing to consent to.

Sharing

Data is never published or sold to third parties for commercial purposes. It may be processed on the controller's behalf, strictly to deliver messages, by the form-forwarding provider and the email provider.

Your rights

At any time you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, and object to processing, by writing to info@iltempolento.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
